Women's In Leadership Series

  • Innovation and Entreprenuership Center 444 S Blount St #115 Raleigh, NC 27601 (map)

If you work with people, conflict is inevitable. Developing the capacity to address these challenges with confidence will enhance our effectiveness and extend our influence. By the conclusion of this workshop, we will have explored the different types of conflicts, identified why they occur and learned how to keep them from destroying healthy team dynamics. Participants can expect to walk away from this experience with practical tools on how to address conflict at every level of leadership and navigate the difficult conversations that accompany addressing such challenges.
